English comedian Russel Brand is now famous for more than his roles in movies such as Despicable Me 1 & 2, and Get him to the Greek. The comedian is now famous for getting kicked out of the 2013 GQ Men of the Year awards party after making a Nazi joke about designer Hugo Boss. Like Us on Facebook Brand took to the stage and said, “Glad to grace the stage where Boris Johnson had just made light of the use of chemical weapons in Syria. Meaning that GQ could now stand for Genocide quips. I mention that only to make this next comment a bit lighter because if any of you know a little about history, and fashion, you know it was Hugo Boss who made uniforms for the Nazis. But they looked fantastic, let’s face it, while they were killing people on the basis of their religion and sexuality.” While Brand’s comments are in fact true, GQ’s Editor Dylan Jones didn’t take the joke so lightly and kicked Brand out of the event. Shortly after Brand took to his twitter account to explain his side of the story, he tweeted, @rustyrockets: GQ editor: “What you did was very offensive to Hugo Boss.” Me:” What Hugo Boss did was very offensive to the Jews.” #GQAwards #nazitailor Last year while hosting the 2012 MTV VMA’s Russell Brand hit the audience with yet another political joke during his opening speech to kick the awards show off. Brand said, “Obviously, I don’t vote as I believe democracy is a pointless spectacle where we choose between two indistinguishable political parties, neither of whom represent the people but the interest of powerful business elites that run the world.” There are a lot of people of who share the same views as Russell Brand, but there is a time and place to express opinions of that nature. Russell greets Rita Ora on the red carpet (WENN) “I’m a comedian and it’s my job to make jokes about things. Hugo Boss, it’s fair enough, he might not have known! ‘We’re selling a lot of these f**king (uniforms), they’re flying off the shelves!’ Don’t take life too seriously, soon we’ll all be in the grave. Oh f**k!” he added. A spokesperson for Hugo Boss, told The Sun Brand was happy to work with them just six months ago. They said: ”We can confirm Russell wore a Hugo suit jacket to the Grey Goose Pre-Oscar Party in February.” According to The Sun Brand was later ejected from the star studded afterparty over the jibes. Russell Brand is slightly less into sex now he’s all divorced
He was basically always having it off. That was his thing. Russell Brand: Haver Offer. But it turns out Russell is slightly less into having it off now he had it off with Katy Perry a bit while they were married and then had it off with her way less since they got divorced. ‘The good old days’ Speaking about his marriage to GQ presumably before he dropped a bunch of Nazi jokes at this weeks GQ Men of the Year Awards Russell admitted he didnt have quite the same desire to have it off with as many women as possible, now hes been through a divorce. I think once youve been through that, the information changes, he said, chastely. I just do it when I feel like, or when I can. I mean, it was more like a job before. I did it even if I didnt want to. I still find a lot of women sexually attractive and I dont regard it as a problem, but that is less of me. He also admits his previous exploits e.g. and i.e. having it off with nine separate women in one human night were a bit much. Mm, thats a lot, isnt it? he said.
